• Assist the Director in the Business development

• Must be 19 or older
• High School Diploma and/or College Credits 90 Hours or 6 credits (development/curriculum) or CDA, 60 semester hours total OR 30 if at least 20 of them are in Early Childhood Education OR and associate degree w/ min 15 credits in ECE or bachelors' in related field
• Must have taken or willing to take the Administrative training before start date (or our guideline) AND Regulation training with OCC
• 2 years exp working with preschool children
• Must be First Aide & AED certified
• Must be available to work from 3:00 or 3:30 PM on weekdays
• Infant Toddler or School age training preferred
• Excellent customer service & Team player
• Must enjoy interacting with children.

FITNESSFUN EVENT COORDINATOR

The Event Coordinator supports all event operations to ensure the smooth coordination of all special events. He (she) will report to the Center Director and will assist in building corporate business and event sales for the Company and will coordinate all special events at the center and offsite.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and helps arrange on-site as well as offsite events
• Coordinate event assignment database and timelines.
• Work on themes and entertainment selection, menus, décor
• Involve with daily center activities
• Assist with fundraising coordination
• Ongoing Client Communication via mail, phone and email
• Conduct Site Visits and Tours
• Speak with others using clear and professional language
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
• Support team to reach common goals
• Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds
• Stand and walk for an extended period of time
• Perform other duties as requested by upper management

• Event planning background (prefer Entertainment Industry)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Child CPR / AED certification
• Prior daycare, nursery, or teaching experience
• Must enjoy interacting with children
