How do I book a party?
You may reserve your event online or call us to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect time and party plan. You will need to hold the party reservation with a $50.00, non-refundable, security deposit to be paid at least 3 weeks before your event date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Cash and checks.
How much does a party cost?

Do you require a deposit & what is your cancellation policy?
When booking a party, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit is not refundable should you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason. The deposit can be transferred to a reservation for a different day.
How far in advance should I book the party?
Friday, Weekends and holiday party times fill up fast. To get the date and time you want, we advise that you call 4-6 weeks in advance to reserve your party.
I was not offered the time frame I needed. What can I do?
The party times are set schedules and cannot be altered. The time(s) you were offered is what we have available on that day. If you want a different time, you are more than welcome to come in to play during our Open FitnessFun floor times on that day and pay an individual child price.
What if I want to stay longer than the hour and a half?
You can come in before your scheduled party time and pay to play if there is space available on the floor. If you choose to do so, you will not have access to the party room until your scheduled party time.
Is there a cost or charge for adults/parents to attend the party?
There is no charge for these guests.
What will the table setup include?
We provide the plates, napkins, fork and juice boxes for each of the children.
What is in the goody bags?
Paradise of Fun goody bags include a variety of toys and treats inside a reusable smiley face bag that kids will love.
How do I get invitations?
You can print paper invitations from the Parties page on our website.
How do I change the time and/or date of the party?
You will need to rebook the party for the time and date you require. Make sure to cancel any other previous reservations prior to making new reservations.
Do I have to know my head count when I reserve my party?
We ask that you know the amount of guest you will be inviting to the party. You can call 1 to 2 days before party to confirm or change that number so we can have the party room set for the correct number of guests.
What happens if my guests count changes?
We can adjust the number of guest from the original amount. We recommend that you call back 1-2 days before the scheduled party to confirm the correct number so that we can have the correct amount of paper products set up for your party.
Is there an age limit on having a party at Paradise of Fun?
Paradise of Fun is open to children ages 1 to 10 years of age. Paradise of Fun can be rented for Private Parties and during those parties there is no age limit. Please call Paradise of Fun at 301-696-0090 for private party pricing.
What items can I bring to a party?
You can bring in food, drinks, Birthday Cakes, Ice Cream and Table Decorations that you want to provide. No messy or dangerous party supplies, including silly string, can be brought into the party room. If these items are used, you may be subject to a clean-up fee. Decorations cannot be taped onto the walls. Outside entertainment is allowed only during Party Room time. Balloons can be purchased in advance from us or you may bring in your own balloons. Don’t forget your candles and cake knife ? Alcoholic beverages are never allowed.
What items am I not allowed to bring to a party?

What if I have more than 1 child celebrating a birthday?
More than one child can celebrate their birthdays together. The more friends, the more fun to be had by all!
Do you have a special party package for small parties?
The minimum number of 8 guests is required for reserved parties. If you have less than 8 guests, you will still be charged for the 8 child party.
Do the adults count as one of the party guests?
No. The adults are free and are not included in the party guest count.
Can we have the party room longer than 30 minutes?
The total party time is 2 hours long. If you choose to have more time in the party room, the time will be deducted from the fitnessfun floor time.
Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
You are welcome to bring in your own food, drinks and cake. However, we do provide juice boxes for each of the children that are invited guest to the party.
Can I order food in advance for our party?
Yes, you can order food to be delivered to Paradise of Fun and have it arrive when your party is going back into the party room. We ask the party host stand up front to accept the delivery and sign any necessary receipts.
Does Paradise of Fun have private party rooms?
Yes, your party will have its own private party room for serving food, ice cream and cake and opening gifts.
How many guests can I invite to my kid's party?
Our party packages are for 8, 16 or 24 children. If you have an amount of guest more than the listed packages it will be $10 per additional child.
What if I have more than 24 total kids?
We can accommodate more than 24 children. It would be $10 per child in addition to the 24 child party package price.
When do I need to provide Paradise of Fun a final headcount?
You will need to provide us with a final headcount 1-2 days prior to the party.
Can I bring my own decorations to my kid's party?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own decorations. Please take home any decorations you bring to Paradise of Fun. You cannot bring silly string, confetti, piñatas or streamers. An additional cleaning fee may be assessed for excessive clean up or damage.
Do you have balloons?
Yes, we have balloons. They can be purchased when you book your party.
Who serves the food at my party?
You will serve the food that you provide for the party and your party attendant will handle the clean-up.
How do I reserve my kid's party at Paradise of Fun?
You can fill out the reservation form online on our Parties’ page or you can call 301-696-0090 to book your party. You will need to come in and make a $50.00 deposit at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled birthday party.
What time should everyone arrive prior to the party?
We ask that everyone arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the party so that we can collect the REQUIRED waivers and provide you with the party instructions.
If I need to reschedule or cancel my kid's party can I get a refund on my deposit?
Provided that Paradise of Fun has the date and time available, you are welcome to reschedule 3 weeks prior to your party. Deposits are nonrefundable if you cancel your party.
